We’re looking for a confident, inspiring and commercially focused General Manager to take overall responsibility for one of our fantastic pub teams. You’ll lead the whole pub, set the standard for hospitality, develop your managers and team, drive sales and profit, and create a successful, welcoming pub at the heart of its local community.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Leading the day-to-day and long-term success of a fantastic Peach gastro pub

· Owning the pub’s sales, profit, labour, stock, standards, compliance and guest experience

· Creating a brilliant team culture where people feel valued, supported and motivated

· Coaching, developing and inspiring your managers, supervisors and future leaders

· Delivering warm, memorable hospitality and consistently high service standards

· Driving local marketing, daily specials, events, promotions and community engagement

· Managing budgets, performance, rota planning and commercial results

· Living The Peach values and making sure your pub is Making Life Peachy every day

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience as a General Manager, Pub Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality General Manager, Area Support Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up into full pub leadership.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

· Passionate about hospitality, pubs, food, drink and memorable guest experiences

· A confident, visible and values-led leader who brings out the best in people

· Commercially strong, with experience managing sales, labour, profit, standards and performance

· Organised, hands-on and calm when leading busy services and complex priorities

· Creative and proactive, with ideas for marketing, events, specials, displays and local engagement

· Ready to take ownership of a pub and lead it as if it were your own business
